Dr. Phil Gingrey,
former U.S. Congressman and Senior Advisor to the District Policy Group, recently spoke on a panel at the Bipartisan Policy Center.
The panel, titled “The Future of Comparative Effectiveness Research,” also included former Senator Kent Conrad (D-ND) and was moderated by Bill Hoagland,
former Senate Budget Committee Director. The discussion examined the history of comparative effectiveness research and the associated politics, the
outlook for the future, and how it can be used to inform clinical decision making.
