Hill Days

The District Policy Group is known for planning and executing outstanding Hill Days. We have organized hundreds of such events for our clients, ranging in size from invitation-only meetings of senior leaders (e.g. Boards of Directors, Government Affairs Committees, etc.) to events with more than 500 attendees from across the country.

When planning a Hill Day for a client, the District Policy Group’s team members generally handle all of the logistics associated with such events, including scheduling Capitol Hill appointments, creating original advocacy materials, producing registration materials and Capitol Hill packets, conducting advocacy training sessions, securing Members of Congress and federal agency officials as speakers, preparing follow-up and thank-you materials, and, as needed, attending meetings with Hill Day participants.

The District Policy Group has developed a set of best practices to ensure that no detail goes unthought-of during the planning and execution of Hill Days. We work as partners with our clients to tailor their Hill Day to their particular advocacy and constituent needs.
