Tracy Sefl
Tracy Sefl is a nationally recognized communications specialist with significant expertise in campaigns and causes. She focuses on complex projects and executing multi-faceted initiatives to shape media coverage, affect public opinion, and achieve victories. As a senior advisor and strategist, Tracy is sought for her rapid response sensibilities and strategic management insights.

Tracy advises advocacy organizations, political campaigns and committees, think tanks, and corporations for whom she has led successful national communications efforts across media platforms. She specializes in elevating profiles of leaders, managing communications for high-stakes issue campaigns, and launching organizations and initiatives. She has served in high-pressure “war rooms,” from corporate reputation to presidential campaigns.

Her work has garnered national awards and recognition. She and a bipartisan team were awarded the prestigious “Public Affairs Campaign of the Year” from the American Association of Political Consultants. Campaigns & Elections magazine has named her an “Influencer,” one of ten political communications professionals nationwide.

Tracy is regularly invited to comment as a strategist and has significant public speaking, on-air, and on-record experience. She serves on the Board of Directors of RAINN and is a co‐founder of the bipartisan Advisory Council for Child Trafficking, affiliated with The Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
